A few months ago I was asked to capture some Behind The Scenes looks at the Sara Phillips' Spring 2012 lookbook shoot. Photographed by the talented Mike Naumoff, modelled by the super cute Maddi Brown and styled by  the stunning Kelly Hume, it was basically a match made in heaven. You can check out the rest of the Behind the Scenes exclusive I shot on RUSSH, enjoy mis amigos!

PORCELAIN

Jacket by Toi et Moi, top by Agent Ninetynine, jeans by Bettina Liano, boots by Rubi and necklace by Fashionology.  Photos by Andrew Kaineder.
Last week I had the pleasure of visiting the Bettina Liano city store to check out their denim range and to eventually pick a pair of jeans for myself. With so many amazing options to choose from, my excitement levels seemed to equal that of a five year old hyped up on red cordial. After trying on a few (read: many) styles, I finally managed to settle on these stunning 'Porcelain' print jeans. Bear in mind that it wasn't just the print that sold me, but it was also the fit and the length. Being six feet tall tends to make shopping for jeans an impossible and painful task (one that usually leaves me having to buy countless pairs of Cheap Mondays) but this time around, I had no issues whatsoever. In fact, I can even roll them up - you should've seen the awe in my face when I realised it. As you can imagine, my poor Cheap Mondays just won't cut it anymore.

CURRENTLY COVETING: SIX

Carven t-shirt dress, Sass & Bide bag, Pink LouLou Knot ring, Therese Rawsthorne coat, Ksubi sunglasses, Benah Cashmere beanie, Avene lip balm and Spend-Less loafers.
It's cold, it's (somewhat) rainy and I want to be in this outfit. Granted, you'd probably find me in an anorak and Vans as opposed to something as classic as this, but the cosiness of the Therese Rawsthorne coat is really appealing to my wintery side. As most of you know, winter happens to be my favourite season for style but I have to admit that I also love having an excuse to eat hearty meals and drink endless cups of tea. It's just about the only time of year when I have constant cravings for soup (usually pumpkin) and deliciously rich pasta. Even just writing about it has made me incredibly hungry.

GIDDY UP

Ladies and gentlemen, meet Gertrude. She likes long walks on the beach and holding hands at sunset. Seriously though, these beautifully crafted shoes by The Horse come with their own name and their own backstory. In fact, all of their shoes do. When these sweet babies landed on my doorstep, they were accompanied by a handwritten note and a paper bag filled with gobstoppers. So cute it hurts, right? (On a little side note: I may or may not finished them all of the gobstoppers by the end of the day. I can confirm that they were delicious.) Once Sydney's severe weather decides to calm down, I'll be sure to snap some pictures of me being as adorable as humanly possible in these stunning slip-ons. This is a rare occasion, so get excited people.
